Mantra Sadhana

WHAT IS MANTRA SADHNA
WHAT IS MANTRA SADHNA

The word itself is "Brahma", a special combination of words called "mantra". The origin of the meaning of words is not possible without "words". Thus, the relation of "Shabad" and "Earth" is the same as that of "Shiva" and "Shakti". At the heart of the word is the movement of energy, which is associated with the soul of man and of God. The mantra is not just the word, at its center is an element of absolute energy. It is a kind of sign and sensitive language. Chanting the mantra creates a certain kind of vibration that instantly mixes with the ether and enters the atmosphere of the whole world.

Baghartha Viv samprabhakta bhogartha pratipti.

Jagat: Father Bhande Parvati Parameshwari

वागर्था विव सम्प्रव्क्तौ वागर्थ प्रतिपतत्ये।
जगत:  पितरौ वन्दे   पार्वती   परमेश्वरी॥

For example: - If the sun has a mantra, then the mantra of the sun is recited by a special kind of sound vibration, which vibrates and the sun returns to God in a few moments through the "ether". At the time of return, the subtle energy, radiance, and consciousness of the Sun remain in those vibrations which again collide with the body of the sadha and increase the contact of those qualities, in the same way, that the devotee utters the mantra, the Sun recites it, the radiance of the sun reaches the seeker.

Body:

The human body is cosmic and this creation is rhythmic. In this cosmic body, there is eternal flow from Saturn to Rajas, from Rajas to Tamas and from Tamas to Saturn which includes Rudra, Vishnu and Brahma. And the sense organs are driven by the senses. All these activities are done through 72,000 nadis. These nadis are not fibers, they are rhymes that are displayed in the organs of the body. The rhythms of Sun, Moon and Susumna are the main ones in this rhythm, which is a matter of desire. He continued this turn as soon as the turning point of life took place. From these 72,000 verses of the mantra, man moves forward by refining some refinements.

The recitation of the mantra is also lyrical. The rhythm of the mantra is called rhyme in Vedic literature. The reciting of the mantra, the ascent, and origin of the mantra melody is a rhythm, this rhythm is also a sequence. The power of desire, lust, and will are in this rhythm. The presence of the power of desire in every melody of the mantra is essential for success. Desire gives birth to the power of will. Mantra works with the power of will, without the power of will the mantra remains lifeless.

Spirit Mantra:

The selection of the mantra is done with great rituals, it is necessary to understand the spirit of the mantra, is it the Shiva mantra? Or energy? Or atomic?

Shiva, energy, and atom include every element, without these three no subject or element can be imagined. The world is separated by these three elements. Thus, the "mantra" and these three elements have a proper harmonious existence. Through Shiva the creation of energy, destruction, etc. takes place and the basis of these actions is the soul itself thus, these three elements Shiva, energy, and soul are universal. The mantra is able to give both joy and salvation because of the proper harmony of Shiva and Shakti.

There is a distinction between mantra and stotra,  stotra is the praise of any deity which is possible in any kind of word, it doesn't matter if you change the word in stotra, the same feeling can be expressed in stotra in different ways. It tends to be introduced in words, but it is not possible in the mantra, the stotra cannot take the place of the mantra even after the change of the word of the stotra, but by focusing on the underlying mind and vitality if we recite regularly then the stotra, then the stotra. It takes the form of a "mantra" and over time, the stanza becomes as fruitful as the mantra. Hanuman Chalisa or "Kanakdhara Stotra" is used in the form of mantra and the mantra provides success in the work of the devotee.

Mantra is the form of a deity, the deity is realized through continuous chanting of the mantra. If the deity is not visible even after endless efforts, one has to take the help of a guru. This process disappeared in the Vedic mantras. That is why Vedic mantras are not fully effective in today's age. One of the main reasons for this is that before the advent of Kali Yuga, Lord Ashutosh cursed and tainted all these Vedic mantras. Prior to reciting these mantras, it is very important to release the curse and exalt it. The act of uttering and expressing curses is different for each mantra. This action is done only through the guru. This is why even after chanting and worshiping mantras in temples nowadays, the gods and goddesses are still in a state of sustain, Hinduism becomes lifeless
