1. Rakhi should never be tied in Bhadra and Rahukal on the day of Rakshabandhan. Both these times are considered inauspicious. Success is not achieved in the work done by Bhadra and Rahukal. Although this year Rakshabandhan is free from Bhadra, however, keep in mind Rahukal on this day.
2. On the arrival of Rakshabandhan, try not to utilize a dark-tone dress. The dark tone is viewed as an image of cynicism, so it is better not to utilize it.
3.While binds Rakhi to sibling, keep in mind that his face should not be in the south direction. While tying Rakhi, it is better to face east or north direction.
